ABOUT ME

From an early age I found myself drawn to the beauty of the perfectly captured still image. When I was nine years old, my dad - a talented and creative writer - gifted me a subscription to National Geographic Magazine with the hopes of inspiring a stubborn child who didn’t like to read with the desire to explore the world of literature. Ultimately, that subscription inspired so much more. A love of photography, a desire to travel, a genuine interest in different cultures, perspectives & ways of life - but most of all, a compulsion to create artwork that would ignite those same feelings in others.

My hope is that people who look at my photographs will not only see the same beauty that I saw when capturing them, but that they will be compelled get out, explore and seek out natural beauty for themselves - even if the images they capture remain stored away in their hearts and minds.
